Adsorption dryer alumina:
aluminaIt is a spherical particle with many capillary channels, which has strong affinity for substances with strong molecular polarity such as water. It is a non-toxic and non corrosive high-efficiency desiccant. The product has the characteristics of high static capacity, low wear, water resistance, and strong water absorption ability. The lowest dew point can reach -70 ℃, and the regeneration temperature is low (150 ℃). It is widely used for deep drying of various gas-liquid substances and treatment of harmful impurities.
Molecular formula: AL203

Attention:
Do not open the packaging before use to avoid moisture absorption and affect the adsorption effect. This product is suitable for deep drying, and the optimal usage conditions are>5kg/cm2. After a period of use, the adsorption performance of this product gradually decreases and should be regenerated for continued use.
Packaging: 25kg drum
German BF molecular sieve
The pore size of German BF molecular sieve is 10A, which can adsorb any molecule smaller than 10A. It can be used as a catalyst co carrier, co adsorption of water and carbon dioxide, and co adsorption of water and hydrogen sulfide gas. It is mainly used for drying in pharmaceutical and air compression systems, and there are different professional varieties according to different applications.
Molecular formula: Na2O. Al2O3 2.45SIO2. 6.OH2O
Technical specifications: BF molecular sieve
Specific application: Gas purification, removal of water and carbon dioxide in air separation units. Drying and desulfurization of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and liquid hydrocarbons. Generally, gases are deeply dried. Packaging: 25kg drum.
matters needing attention:
Molecular sieves should be prevented from pre adsorbing water, organic gases, or liquids before use, otherwise they should be regenerated.
